TV Thief Crashes Bicycle into Detective’s Cruiser

A Port Charlotte man’s attempt to steal a television ended when he crashed his bicycle into the back of a detective’s vehicle, deputies said. Jonathan Ryan Fontaine, 32, is facing several charges in connection with the incident, which happened 3 p.m. on Tuesday at a Walmart in Port Charlotte.
