Unfortunately I am currently the owner of one distressed bike too many. I’m also not sure I’m up to truing a wooden wheel.
If my workshop was just a little emptier I would be making shipping arrangements at this very moment. It’s amazing that this bike was most likely built the century before last. That’s about when my grandfather was born.
The other thing that makes me want this is the chain guard. It protects the chain top and bottom. And for some perverse reason I love the inner tube draped across the lower part of the frame. Like the last scream of someone being devoured by zombies.
