This is a weird one. It may be a foldie, or perhaps a break-down bike. There are quick releases on the handle bar stem, the seat stem and for some reason one further down the frame from the seat. But, that’s not the weird part. Much of the frame is made of pressed steel rather than tubes. The handle bars, the front forks, even the main frame itself. You usually only see this kind of construction on really cheap kid’s bikes where you have no expectaion of durability. This is not something I would expect from a Bianchi.
